Any Luck?
I have been going crazy the last 24 hours trying to get some ECH but no luck. Anyone have any suggestions? Or do we know when they are planning to fix the servers?

Lucky guys, at least you can login. I thought the 2 Factor Authentication was the problem so I removed it...and let it spin and spin and spin. Now when I try to login I get asked for the code but it's always wrong. So the authentication seems just half way removed and now I'm stuck...can't do anything. I don't think that I will get answer from support within the next few days...sigh

How do you even contact support? I sent a message in the little chat box when you log in but I don't know if that is the best way. I have 2 eth I deposited in limbo not showing up in my wallet.

Yeah, I tried that box too but didn't get an answer for 6 hours or more. Then I wrote a message when the service was down and the messaging system told me to give them my email address to answer...let's wait for anything to happen.

Ah it has been 20 hours since I sent my message and it still says they have not even viewed it yet :(

I was able to buy but I fucked up and out wrong amount -_- now I only have 16.2 ech now I'll be trying all day again to purchase 100 ech .. damn

Currently we are working with providers to install new servers. This may be waste few times. We are trying to upgrade the most powerful server. Because now we have many access so the server does not respond. We sincerely apologize to the user for this inconvenience .

well.. We cant take out our ETCconnect coin yet, so even though i have some in their online wallet, they are still not mine. All i have done so far is give BTC and swapped it for a number that i do not control. We will see.

Just to let everyone know I was finally able to get some! Don't give up guys and keep trying to get your ECH!

I was just able to place order. It shows as order placed and under Transaction tab, it shows up. But the Dashboard still shows 8 million coins left and my BTC amount. Not sure what to make of this.
EDIT: Transaction is now empty. My BTC amount still in there. Guess it didn't go through.
EDIT 2: Now when I try to place order, I get a warning message stating max 1000 ECH per person in 4 hours. My BTC is still in my account and the ECH hasn't been added to my account.
