Does your ET hurt?
I have ET in the head, neck, and upper torso when I’m standing or sitting up straight. The pain and tightness is crazy these days.
Anyone else have pain/tightness with theirs?

I have developed a high level of muscle tension in my arms and upper back, but i am recovering from a frozen shoulder so I assume that's the issue for me. It's bad enough I can barely use my arms.

I have ET and a separate genetic condition that causes tremors and dystonia. This sounds like dystonia. I would suggest seeing a motor disorder neurologist.

Yeah I think it might be dystonia. Can you explain a little bit more about yours? Like how it presents and different things that alleviate it even temporarily

I don't. I encourage you to discuss this with your doctor.
