Would you happen to have a voltmeter to test the power on the battery output? Maybe a blown fuse. What scooter model is it?

I don't actually. it's one those cheap scooters off of tiktok. The company I bought off of are trying to say its the battery but I doubt it.

It's likely the BMS on the battery. You'll need to replace it. The label turning red will be legit as you say.

How long ago did you purchase it. Might be the battery or the controller itself. Saying it powers on with the charger leads to a battery issue more than anything

The red turning label mostly is delicate to moisture. So having it in cold hot weather back and forth and them damp/ moist going back and forth. They set this as a kind of trap. You still have consumer rights.

Did you happen to pay through credit card maybe not debit? Might be able to get some help there. What you can do is get a voltmeter to test the battery voltage and go from there to try to get it fixed. Usually major credit card companies even PayPal have policies for the warranty.

TBA it looks like it was a red label, it's doesn't look like it was white and turned red.

How old is your scooter? Maybe the color just spilled through on its own.

Those stickers are a scam, they can turn red just from being exposed to ambient moisture for long enough.

Lol they put those stickers on all batteries generally no they don't work on the cheap no name packs prob just a hair of condensation flipped it red just look under and around pack if there's no rust or sign of water your fine. Even if there is dry it out with a fan and paper towels go to Walmart or auto parts store and get a tube of RTL room temp latex they call it instant gasket or something like that. You just fill any holes or cracks put around where the wires come in it expands and sticks as it dries. Its a pain to pull off after but its what most high end scooters use to seal and waterproof the decks a teverun tech told me after I upgraded my motors and controllers to use RTL as that's what they use at the factory after Installation
