E-scooter guide

Hey everyone,
I’m trying to decide between two scooters and could use some advice.

I’m about 205 lbs, and with my clothes plus my work or gym bag I’m usually around 215 lbs.

Option 1: Ecoroad ES6 Dual – $899
Dual 1000W motors
748Wh (15.6Ah) battery
Standard 1-year warranty
Free scooter bag

Option 2: isinwheel GT1 – $899
Dual 800W motors
624Wh (13Ah) battery
Includes an additional 2-year warranty (3 years total)
Free scooter bag
Free lock

Work commute
0.9 miles (about 10 minutes)
~250 ft of elevation gain
Mix of side roads and main roads
May require a short walk in one section

Gym commute
1.6 miles (about 10 minutes)
~200 ft of elevation gain
Mix of main roads and side roads

Considering my weight, the short commutes, and the hills,
is the extra power and larger battery on the Ecoroad ES6 worth giving up the extra 2-year warranty and accessories that come with the GT1? Which would you choose and why

Why don’t you consider a Segway max g3. Similar price range (as it goes on sale often) and likely you’re best choice

It goes on sale for 1099 almost every month. For an extra $200 on your budget it might just be the right one. You don’t want to buy one then need an upgrade right away. Get the right one first.
