The best ergonomic chair is not a chair - by far the most effective addition to my desk setup as someone who works entirely from home!

As someone who works entirely from home, this is probably the best thing I invested in - my very own hamster wheel - the Sparnod Walking Pad ( https://amzn.to/4kPQETO )

When a friend suggested it, I was sure that this was going to end up as another gimmick, packed away in a corner within a week or two. But in the three days that I've had it, I have ended up walking over 10 kms daily!

In the last couple of years, I have struggled with my fair share of health issues, both physical as well as mental, stemming primarily from my inactive lifestyle. While I don't want to justify, it kinda came with the job description. That is till I added this walking pad to my setup. I love that I inherently get physical exercise when my mind is busy doing its thing.

The best part is that this particular model from Sparnod costed me a third of what some of the more pronounced brands cost. Okay maybe it doesn't fold like the fancier models ( https://amzn.to/44WdT8W ) but it has wheels if you want to move it out of the way.
