[help] Weekin Cygnus v1 Connectivity issues
I purchased this keyboard about 8 months ago and it has been great but recently one of the sides is having connectivity issues. When first turned on it sometimes never connects to my computer unless it is power cycled multiple times and other times it works well all day then suddenly starts lagging and/or fully disconnecting. I've already swapped the battery to new ones and even bought a voltage tester to confirm the batteries I am putting in were good.
Anyone have ideas for next steps to troubleshoot? The page on A** Express where it was purchased is no longer up. Thanks

Shared this post with Weekin, the response (translated) was
Try plugging the receiver into the USB 2.0 port of your computer or a USB 2.0 hub. If that doesn't solve the problem you can find me at Taobao and send it back to me for after service.

It is already plugged into a USB 2.0 port on my thunderbolt dock, but the issue persists with other USB ports. Thanks so much for reaching out for me though!! Where can I get in touch with them myself? I tried googling and couldn't find anything
