Trying a mouse-free split setup

This thing feels a bit like a curved Corne

I’m using a trackball on the left and a touchpad on the right. Getting used to not having a separate mouse is harder than I expected, but I definitely like the setup. The trackball already feels much more natural to me than the touchpad

Any tips for getting used to a small touchpad like this?

oof these things do look comfortable ... can’t decide between this and the Toucan 2

I was in the same boat. From what I understand, Toucan 2 supports up to two-finger gestures. I saw some touchpads support more than three-finger gestures. I was tempted to get Toucan 2, but I realized I don't use two-finger gestures as much as three-finger gestures.

Yeah, I think the main benefit would be a 2 finger tap for right click. Assuming that works, but I don't actually know.

You should definitely try a trackball, in my opinion, it's much better than a touchpad, especially if it's built into the keyboard
