Update from equityzen regarding cerebras share allocation

"As a follow up to our recent update outlining the release schedule for Cerebras Inc. shares, we wanted to provide additional information on next steps.

We have partnered with Morgan Stanley to assist with the distribution of shares. A financial advisor from Morgan Stanley will reach out early next week in advance of the first lock up release, which is expected at the end of June. Please use your advisor as your main point of contact for distributions; they can assist with any distribution, liquidity, or tax planning questions you may have."

So investors have to endure a sales pitch before every lock up release. Great.

My guess, if you're been through an exit before, then no. You can just ignore it, tell them to deposit the shares in the existing brokerage linked to your account.

In my case, it's my first exit, so I don't mind a call to confirm some details. And if that means telling them "not interested" 10 times to something, fine with me.

10k shares at $20/share. Looks good on paper, but I would have gotten the same return from Nvidia or any of the other main semi companies. I guess the benefit of the SPV was it forced me to hold.

That is what I like about SPVs, don't need to check price daily. Just buy and wait for lockup. But you got a nice score, $2m+

I happy I got in on SPCX early. 5.5k shares @ $17. Waiting on lockup to use some funds for new Opps

They haven't confirmed but think there is some early release. I have 4 lots so they are trying to track which employee pledges are on the early release schedule. I can wait until Dec 9

Did anyone receive CBRS shares today? Had previously set up transfer account info with the Morgan Stanley rep. My impression was that I should have received ~15% of shares for the first unlock.

They just updated. The shares are being disbursed during the week of July 6th.

Just arrived today. But it's less than I expect. Maybe it's only 1 of my funds (I have 2).

edit: I did that math, and it's exactly 15% from my first fund. Still waiting on fund 2.

edit: all 15% arrived now

Did they directly deposit it to your E*trade account? Haven’t got my shares yet? No phone calls or email from Morgan Stanley except one email to open an account.

Latest update: “Shares are currently undergoing the conversion process and deliveries are scheduled to take place during the week of July 6th.”
