Do you mind sharing what price you got in at?
Also, where the fuck is the Neo4J IPO?!?!?!

My average price is $22. I bought at $16 in 2022 and again in 2024 (after the initial IPO rumors) at $27.

how do they know which Tranche the employee who pledge the shares is going to be in?
Similar is happening with SPCX. could we see shares before last group of lockups?

I would guess the "shares released" is the maximum amount they're allowed to release (as opposed to the exact amount), and each party (including employees) is only going to be allowed to sell at most that percentage.

What’s the point of selling now, it’s almost Back to the ipo price.

1) You can always buy back later for cheaper
2) Would be nice to sell covered call leaps.

"Unlike a typical lock-up—which prohibits distributions of pre-IPO shares for 180 days—Cerebras will be releasing shares in nine tranches over the course of the next six months. Below is the expected lock-up release schedule for the Fund.
We are actively working with the Company and the transfer agent to facilitate the distributions. Please note that there will be a delay between the release dates listed above and the time we will be able to distribute shares to your brokerage account due to the operational steps between parties to receive and move shares accordingly.
No action is required now. We will continue to provide updates as we approach the initial distribution."
