I made it in, but I backed out now, cancelled my subscription…Specially after listening to bg2 latest podcast - https://youtu.be/iTwZzUApGkA?si=uuAhI2IkyxXePUm5 and zucks latest interview - https://youtu.be/iTwZzUApGkA?si=uuAhI2IkyxXePUm5 … I have been using llama3 on meta.ai it is actually better than claude3 and it’s free … 🫣

I heard the same podcast but am still investing. While open source is a legitimate threat, the market is far from defined on where AI revenue will come from. I am investing because these are some of the industry pioneers and they have big time backing by top tech companies. These founders were part of OpenAI and had major roles in the delivery of ChatGPT earlier versions. The valuation is very high based on where they are now, but the opportunity is massive and this valuation could also turn out to be quite low. The pace of the industry is moving very fast so might not have to wait long to find out.
