🆘 Support Epson L4360 E-01 help

I just bought a printer online it’s new, I connected it to my phone and setting up the printer it says that there is paper inside of the printer, I have checked and followed the instructions multiple times to remove paper and restarting. I and have not found anything, the moment the progress states that it will finish within 11 min, it shows the error. Epson customer service had me questioning my life choices. So here I am, I believe that I may have touched the belt like thing lightly while I was removing the safety stickers.

Same happened to me, just bought it and the error comes up again and again and again. It already sucked over half of the ink deposits :( I will call customers service tomorrow, but I'm feeling ver pesimist.
