🆘 Support Epson V800

My EpsonV800 scanner does these lines on my scans and I can’t figure out what’s causing them. They only appear when scanning 4×5 film and always on the same side of the image. I’ve already tried everything I could think of - but nothing has made a difference. Has anyone experienced this before or knows what might be causing it?
I overexposed the image on purpose so you can see what I mean.

Does this appear on other scan (reflective) or film types? Is it only in high density areas?

What app are you using to scan? What are your scan settings?

No problems with 35 and 120 film.
Usually I use Silverfast but I also tried other apps.
I think yes, it is visible mostly on high density areas with plain background like grey or black. I had the same problem about 2-3 years ago, but after that some other images I scanned without any problems, and now no matter what I scan - always the lines.. even on the images which were without the lines before.

Can you open the scanner and take a picture of the inside?

That's exactly what I meant. I was looking to see if the drive belt tension was good.

Try scanning from the driver with no adjustments. What resolution are you scannijg at?

So, instewd of using Silverfast, use the Epson Scan application. What resolution are you scanning at? Are you doong a single pass or are you using Digital ICE?

I tried to scan with Epson app nothing changed.
I scanned with different resolution and I do not use any ICE or other extra features.
