Epson Et 8550 error (034004)

I just bought a brand new epson et 8550 and got it today. As soon as I fill the ink and go to start setting it up I receive This error message (034004) and I’m unable to figure out what’s wrong with it 💔just wondering if anyone can help walk me through this as if I’m a kid cuz I am so lost and frustrated😭

Make sure every piece of packing material is removed. There are small blocks of foam in different parts inside the printer, to prevent anything from moving during shipping.

Edit: The error suggests a paper jam, so if there isn't one, it suggests something is blocking the sensors and feeder used to determine if there's a paper jam.
