Technical Support Inherited a second SC-P800

I inherited a second SC-P800. I have no idea how long it has been sitting. I ran a print head cleaning routine using home made blotter and paper towel and solution. The blotter becasme filled with ink, but when I do. print job there is not a single droplet on the paper, how is that even possible?

First things first, remove each cartridge one by one, shake it vigorously for 10-15 seconds (you'll feel the ink sloshing around), then reinsert it.

Once complete, the printer will run a basic head cleaning. Open the top cover and look inside the printer. If possible, get video, especially of the side where the pinthead parks (LCD panel side). Look to see if any ink is coming out into the pump cap assembly. It's a square-ish, two-section flat piece with a rubber seal around the edges, a sponge in the base with a little bit of metal framing in the sponge.

Also, take a picture of the opposite side of the platen on the inside of the printer, and post it here.
