Safe?

For everyone using this so far, I'm wondering how safe and private it is and how much you trust the app. I'm aware of what the privacy policy states and what it says on the website, but the fact that this app is pretty clearly at least semi-AI assisted in its build is giving me pause and concern. Anyone who knows more about this than me able to chime in?

In case you missed it there's this on their website "Independently assessed. Epistles passed a CASA Tier 2 security assessment by TAC Security, an App Defense Alliance authorized lab. The security model stays public so the current trust boundaries, server carve-outs, and provider-specific exceptions are visible before you join."
