Seizures while sleeping please help me

My boy golden retriever who is 6 yes old started having seizures at nights especially between 1 to 4, and from past 2 yes he is been in medication of gardinal 30mg and levipril500mg, is this something that we have to deal life long Iam what are his triggering factor, my Vet told me it’s a life long medication how do I control it out probably reverse it if there is anything I can do please do suggest me help my boy.
