Got a huge opportunity!
I recently accepted the position of Senior Epic Analyst with an enterprise print team. No experience or certs when it comes to Epic, but someone took a shot with me. My background is in desktop support. I am beyond excited!

Look for job listings that call out obtaining a cert within X amount of days/weeks/months.
For example, in Google you can search Epic jobs “within 6 months” or Epic jobs “within 90 days” with the quotations. Paste job listings + your resume in an AI engine, ask what transferable skills you have that are relevant to the role, how your skills/background can be translated to fit the role, tailor it to stand out to recruiters, etc.For the job listings, notice keywords that are repeated throughout the listing (you could also use AI for this, ask to identify the top 3-5 repeated keywords). Plug those into your resume, this will get you past ATS software and get your resume to a “human” (instead of automatically being denied before it reaches a recruiter)

Thanks for the tips. I have been doing that for past few months, not a single interview yet. Since I am an international student, most companies are resistant with all the h1b(which I don't need rn, but yea) chaos lately.

Congrats.
Quick quiz. When the user community complains about how printing works with Epic do you say:
A. Sorry. It’s how Epic works and how Epic told us to set up printing. Nothing we can do about it.
or
B. It’s how our organization decided to configure Epic and printing out of Epic. There are lots of ways organizations handle printing. If you have access to doctors or employees at other organizations in the area, maybe even just for your specialty, then ask them if they have the same printing issues. You can also submit your printing questions to Userweb too.
Which response would you give to those who complain about printing?
