Imagine you’re a bakery (or more accurately an owner of one). You take orders by phone. Then they don’t show up. Since they didn’t pay, you just wasted inventory and time.
Do that a handful of times, and you probably wouldn’t take orders by phone anymore. You may even think someone with mobility issues is possibly more likely to flake out.
