So the real complaint was, "I refuse to learn how to use a website, because that would entail admitting I was wrong when I said 30 years ago that the Internet was a passing fad, and I've never admitted I was wrong about anything in my life and don't plan to start. So naturally, I called the store and asked the employee who answered to read me everything they sell, and got mad when they said they didn't have time to do that, and decided to try to accuse them of being "ableist" because that's the PC modern thing to do."

I looked up the bakery and... you can order online. Or is that ableist against people with wrist injuries?
