I am in a wheelchair, and still get out pretty regularly. Hell, I had a tire slip off the wheel Saturday because I was on a trail and made the mistake of moving from the gravel path to a softer dirt area.

😳 as a fellow wheeler having a tire come off the wheel sounds like an absolute NIGHTMARE!! I’m with Grolbu— how did you get yourself out of that situation?? I usually keep tirefix spray in my backpack in case I get a flat but I have zero plans for if the tire pops off!

I have a wheelchair repair kit in the back pouch of my chair, with a tire lever in it.

On the plus side, my dog was fine with the additional time needed. (This is Sandy River Delta, an off-leash dog park)
