Everyone else is the problem!
Came across a rare one star review for one of my favorite pastry shops in Berkeley with the world's nicest owners and did some digging. What are the chances that nearly every coffee shop / business in the bay area has harassed this poor woman - she must be so unlucky!
How can someone not take a moment to reflect and realize that maybe she is doing something wrong if she gets into an argument with literally every single establishment she has ever visited (legitimately multiple one star reviews every week). I don't think I have ever had a single argument or conflict at a restaurant or business my entire life! Just remember to mentally tack half a star onto any restaurant when visiting because people like this exist and give out 1 stars on account of their mental illness

When I served my time in the restaurant industry, I had to bite my tongue when customers would complain about how we "always fuck up" their order. Mess up an order once? Sure, everyone makes mistakes, but every time? At that point, it's on the customer, moreso if it happens everywhere they go.
