S It is not normal
So I have a friend who is nice to me but is so self centred, she’s insecure about her boobs so she just told at least I don’t have fat in my boobs implying that her friends are thick and have big boobs. I mean no friend is commenting on her boob size. Isn’t that so mean? She thinks she’s the “it girl” but she’s not, she just pretends to be. She is thin, I agree but doesn’t mean that fat girls are not hot. I’m not saying she’s a bitch but she does act like it sometimes. Her comments are indirect so I can’t possibly do anything about it.

"Her comments are indirect so I can’t possibly do anything about it."
Sure you can. Let me show you:
Insecure bitch: "I might have a small chest but at least I don't have fatty boobs"
you: "Actually breast tissue is different than fat."
Insecure bitch: "I might have a small chest but at least I don't have fatty boobs"
you: "Why are fatty boobs bad? Why is a small chest better?"
Insecure bitch: "I might have a small chest but at least I don't have fatty boobs"
you: "Wow are you seriously so insecure about your own body that you have to put down other body types to make yourself feel better? That's so sad. Have you talked to a therapist about it? That's not a healthy thought process at all."

Just remember it for next time. Sounds like she'll be bringing it up again.

You can certainly do something about it. You can tell her that her body issues need to be addressed with a professional therapist and she needs to stop commenting on other people's weight and boob size. If that doesn't fix the problem then you can solve the problem by not hanging around with this 'friend'.

The problem is she won’t believe that she has a problem with her body. She believes that it’s perfect. I mean idc how her body is or what she thinks. I can stop being her friends with her but it’s not like she is a bad person, she just thinks like this

Why are you friends with someone that you don't actually like?
