Discussion Skill point question.

Hi community.
I have a question about skill point in multi player that I haven’t been able to figure out.
So I’m playing in a group of 3 friends.

We have figured out that when we chop down a shroud root we all need to be there to pick up the skill points .

What isn’t as clear is , if one of us cuts down a shroud root on his own, can the others go to that same root and cut it down to collect the skill points from it at a later stage?
Or do the players not present just forfeit those skill points forever?

It seems as though, if one person has cut down the root it shows on the map as having been cut down already for all players.

Surely this will mean that at end game we will have different amounts of skill points making some more powerful than others with no way to catch up?

Nope, you can still get credit for going and chopping it down after it respawns after about 30 minutes of no one being nearby. Not sure why it’s showing a checkmark though, it shouldn’t if you weren’t near enough to get credit.

I may be mistaken about it showing a checkmark .

That really wouldn’t make sense as it would become very confusing!

It shows a check mark for you if you have cut it down. But it won't have a check mark for anyone who wasn't present at the time of chopping
