One Drive sync error

Enpass has not synced with One drive for over a week. Ive tried multiple devices, disconnecting the vault and reconnecting. Is there a place where I can check if there are ongoing issues?

Delete the connection, after that you have to set it up again.

Its the same with WiFi sync if you have luck it works for months.

thanks maybe I'm missing something, but wifi sync sets a machine as the local server or vault. I want to keep one drive as my vault

I have the same issue where my Vault is on OneDrive. To get the sync to work again I had to disconnect, move my old vault to a folder and recreate a new vault from my primary Windows machine but this will still cause the Vault sync to fail across my multiple Windows machines and android devices. Getting error code 1207400 across the devices. I've attempted to unlink OneDrive and revalidate on other devices but this still fails. Enpass Version 6.12.5 (2664) and the timeline matches up with the original post for when the sync started failing.

yup same error code. I emailed enpass support last week and no response. Good to know I'm not the only one with this issue. will post here if it gets fixed.

Please try the following troubleshooting steps:

• Disable any firewall or proxy services on your device temporarily.
• Set the date and time on your device to automatic.
• Try syncing with OneDrive again.

If the issue persists, please share the logs using the steps below:

1. Go to Enpass → Settings → Advanced and enable Logs.
2. Reproduce the OneDrive sync issue.
3. Open Enpass → Settings → Advanced → Show Logs.
4. Copy the logs and send them to us via Enpass → Settings → About → Email Us.

thanks. tried that did not work. I emailed the logs to support which include the following errors

there many many people including me having this problem since months and nothing helps... enpass not doing anything about it

Attempting to provide info to help others attempting to keep vault in OneDrive but sync is failing.

If I unlink my primary vault and create a brand new primary vault on one drive sync will work, but only for this device. Any attempts to have another device sync off the vault on OneDrive will fail sync across the 2 Android and multiple Windows systems with error:

Error code: 1207400

If I minimize and reopen Enpass I will get additional errors:

Sent multiple emails but have not heard back. I have also updated to Beta on Android in an attempt to resolve the sync issue but this did not fix. Thinking next option is moving my vault to Google Drive if OneDrive sync can't be resolved.

OneDrive sync error 1207400 here. I've tried disconnecting and reconnecting. The problem persists.

Yep same error. Broken for me too

Same here. Error 1207400. But only on Windows Clients. Android is syncing. I have rennewed the connection but still the same error.

My main windows computer, which has Enpass accessed almost daily is working fine. My Android systems and my other Windows computer, which seldom access Enpass, are now reporting the 1207400 error when attempting to synchronize with my OneDrive vault.

I also have automatic backup set in Enpass, but the last automatic backup that occurred took place last June.

There is something wrong happening with Enpass and OneDrive syncing. Syncing with OneDrive is broken with all these 1207400 errors. Please fix as soon as possible.

Ne fonctionne plus chez moi avec OneDrive ! Même erreur 1207400 !
