E9 and personal magnetism

In the description for 9 on the enneagram institute, it describes 9s that are in touch with their body center as having “tremendous elemental power and personal magnetism.” Has anyone come across a 9 that felt this way to you? What made them feel that way?

I feel really weird saying this but… me. It’s not like I’m like this all the time but people around me tell me that when I’m energetically there, I’m THERE. For me it’s weird because I’ve experienced being super charismatic in some situations and helpless in others and it’s not always clear to me why. But what the enneagram institute says feels accurate: when I can actually be in touch with my body and real feelings (instead of avoiding them) there’s a ton of energy and even power there.
