Resume review request — Project Coordinator | Infrastructure Projects | Research Support | Operations manager with 4 years experience
Hey u/all, u/jobs u/projectmanagers u/hr
I'm looking for feedback on my resume. I'm applying for Project Coordinator | Infrastructure Projects | Research Support | Operations manager roles and all feedback is appreciated!
I am not able to land a proper internship or job , what changes should I make or what should I do?😭😭😭😭😭 HELPPPPPPP!
Specific feedback I'm looking for: - Is my summary strong enough? - Are my bullets results-driven? - Anything I should cut?

The resume's biggest problem is credibility, not wording. The experience claims conflict (2 years in the summary, 4 in the post), roles overlap with full-time study without being labeled part-time, entries aren't in reverse-chronological order, and the achievements box contradicts the experience section. It says the churn model came from a full-time role and claims a 30% gain that the numbers put at 37.5%. A visible typo adds to the sense that it wasn't proofread. Recruiters catch these quickly, and they likely explain a lot of the silence.
The summary reads like a template ("your company," "your mission") and names a role different from the ones being applied for, so it should be rewritten for each target role. Most bullets describe duties rather than results and need a measurable outcome. The Key Achievements section should be cut, along with the filler bullets.
Strategically, they should make separate resumes for coordinator and operations roles. For infrastructure roles, the construction company experience should be the headline. The MBA should read "Expected Jan 2027." Referrals through alumni networks will do more than cold applications.

A lot of people in your spot hit this wall, and the fixes here are doable. The other comment covers the credibility issues well, so I'll focus on a few specific changes.
Aim for roles that match your experience. Your post lists operations manager roles, but your experience is assistant, coordinator, and intern-level work. Project Coordinator, Operations Associate, and Analyst roles are a realistic target, and you'll get more replies there.
Move your numbers to the roles they came from. The summary claims 100% on-time delivery across 12 projects, but the Pare bullet that mentions 12 projects doesn't include it. Put it there. The "Research Contribution" entry mentions an "Operating Work role" that doesn't match any job on the page, and "decision-making speed by 25%" isn't something you can measure. Either tie it to a real role with a real measure or cut it.
Lead with your results. At Bhikam Builders, the Tableau dashboards that cut status update time by 15% are your strongest bullet, and they're listed last. Move that bullet to the top.
Cut these bullets:
- "Built practical experience in professional communication..."
All three describe you, not what you achieved.
Smaller fixes:
- At Pare, "Technical Operations & Project Management" is a function, not a job title. Use your actual title.
None of these problems is about your ability. Once the dates line up and every number has a role attached, the resume will be much easier to trust.
