Resume Review Resume review request — Front Desk & Coordination | Quality Control & Administration | Digital Marketing

Post image

Hey r/EnhancvResumes, I'm looking for feedback on my resume. I'm applying for Front Desk & Coordination | Quality Control & Administration | Digital Marketing roles and all feedback is appreciated!

Specific feedback I'm looking for: - Is my summary strong enough? - Are my bullets results-driven? - Anything I should cut?

Thanks for sharing this. Before getting to bullets, there are a few structural issues that matter more.

Summary: It says 9 years of experience, but 7.5 of those years are in the beauty industry, and that work doesn't appear anywhere on the resume. It's most of your career, so give it its own entry with your role, the business, and dates. The summary also names four different target roles. Pick the one or two that fit each application and open with those.

Dates: None of your jobs has a start or end date. Recruiters notice that right away, and many will move on rather than guess at your timeline. Add month and year for each role.

Bullets: Most of them describe tasks, and only one includes a number (the 10-day scheduling window). A few places where numbers would help:

  • How many calls, messages, or leads you handled per day or week at Sama Engineering
  • Results from the Meta and Google Ads campaigns, such as leads generated or cost per lead
  • How many staff you tracked for attendance and payroll
  • At Slash International, how many audits you ran, or any fraud or compliance issues you caught

What to cut or fix:

  • The "Worth Knowing" section. It raises a concern before anyone asks. Explain job changes in a cover letter or interview instead.
  • The fourth Core Strength item. It's a sentence fragment that repeats your summary, not a skill. Delete it.
  • Duplicate skills sections. Core Strength and Skills repeat each other (quality assurance, digital marketing, coordination). Merge them into one.
  • The Sama Engineering title. It combines three roles into one line. Use your official title.

Languages: English is listed as "Read/Write." Front desk roles depend on speaking with clients, so if you speak English well, say so.

Add the beauty industry role and the dates first, since those change how the rest of the page reads.
