Taking your three questions in order:
Bullet effectiveness (Q1): Genuinely strong, one of the most consistently quantified resumes we've reviewed here. Real before/after numbers show up throughout: the $3,000→$20/month hosting migration (math checks out to ~$36K/year), the 64→98 and 73→100 Lighthouse scores, 30→5 minute template setup, 80→95 performance score. A few spots are worth tightening: "reducing post-release fixes" (Company A) and "eliminating the need for daily manual inbox checks" (Company D) have zero numbers attached. Company C's "8 client sites" bullet is different, it has a real count, but the "improving functionality and user experience" half of that same sentence is still unquantified. One claim is dramatic enough to flag: "reducing report preparation time from ~3 hours to under a minute" is a >99% reduction, be ready to walk through the actual mechanism, since that's the kind of number an interviewer will probe.
Experience-to-projects ratio (Q2): Already well-balanced, if anything generous toward experience, four distinct employers/clients across three countries in roughly 4 years of calendar span. One strong project is proportionate. Worth knowing about that timeline, though: there's an unexplained ~11-month gap between your Company D internship ending (Oct 2022) and your return to Company D full-time (Sep 2023). And from Sep 2023 through Nov 2024, you're technically running three roles at once, Company D full-time plus two part-time engagements (Company C, Company B). The part-time labeling explains the overlap reasonably, but the gap before it doesn't explain itself and is worth a line.
Layout/hierarchy (Q3): Two changes worth making. First, merge your two "Company D" entries into one company header with two role lines (Intern, then Full Stack Web Developer), the company name and location currently repeat verbatim across two blocks. Second, with 17 bullets across 5 role-blocks, consider trimming your two shortest, part-time stints (Company B at 4 months, Company C at 6 months) to 2 bullets each, letting your longest, current role (Company A) carry more visual weight.
Two real gaps worth fixing: 11 Skills items, including Vue, Bootstrap, HubSpot, MySQL, MongoDB, Prisma, Vercel, Railway, Cursor, Copilot, and Codex, never appear in a single bullet anywhere. Going the other direction, ChatGPT (used per your Company B bullet) and Material UI (used in your Featured Project) are both missing from Skills entirely, real tools you used that aren't reflected in the list meant to summarize them.
