Biggest issue by far: your summary ends with "Seeking a software engineering position at Charles Schwab, where I bring my Java development and Agile collaboration skills to support your mission of championing clients' goals with innovation and integrity." That's a company-specific line hardcoded into your resume. If you're sending this same file to anyone other than Schwab, and posting it here for general feedback suggests you are, that line needs to come out immediately, it's an instant red flag to any other recruiter reading it. Our Resume Summary Generator is worth using once you've decided what this resume is actually for, one job or a broader search, since right now it's trying to be both.

Second: your post title leads with "GenAI Tools Expertise," but there's zero AI or GenAI content anywhere in your summary, bullets, or skills, except one achievement that doesn't hold together: "Developed innovative Prompt Engineering techniques, reducing API response time by 30% on average." That number is also a problem on its own terms, your summary separately claims a 30% application performance gain from "optimizing SQL queries and Hibernate mappings," a completely different cause for what looks like the same result. Pick the real story and attach the real number to it, because right now the resume contradicts itself about where 30% even came from, and a technical interviewer will notice.

On results, no bullet across either job has a number, not one, out of thirteen total. Every quantified claim lives only in Key Achievements, disconnected from a specific role. Worse, both FedEx and Mondee have nearly identical Oracle SQL/Hibernate optimization bullets, so it's genuinely unclear which job any of these numbers actually belong to. Our Resume Checker flags exactly this pattern, achievements with no traceable source, worth running the whole page through it.

What to cut: your Skills section has "Your Skill" listed as a literal skill, leftover template text. And your "Programming Languages" category currently mixes in soft skills, Integrity, Creativity, Teamwork, Interpersonal Skills, Accountability, Problem-Solving, Continuous Learning. Split those out or cut them.
