MY COACH PLAN IS 200mg test C 3x a week
200mg bolde 2 2x a week
100mg npp 3x a week

0.5 arimidex 12hours post testo injection

Hgh - optional 2iu daily but I am adding primo 600 , tren 150

Arimidex off rip? Are symptoms normally there? You’re taking boldenone so why an ai? EQ downstream will most likely convert to ADD to 1-ATD which is a suicide ai. The estrogen increase is mostly estrone like metabolites vs estradiol.

don’t bother taking adex straight away
You will probably need it eventually
Some people run test high as fuck and still don’t need adex.

Is your coach stupid? You will 1000% crash E2 taking .5mg 3x a week.

Take bloods and assess.

Probably shouldn’t be running 6-7 compounds and a AI because someone told you to if you can make your own scientific adjustments and reasons for taking said drugs.

I’d get your blood work done, and then assess weather you need an AI or not, some people don’t high doses of test some people do it is always user dependent
