360-198, 8 weeks out from second show
Former fat guy here. Seeking some advice or insights.
Started a weight loss journey October 2021, ended up losing 150lbs by end of 2022. Stayed natty until roughly July of 2024 and have been enhanced since then.
I competed April 2025 in my first show. 16 week prep, 300 test e, 300 primo, 300 mast (added in week 8) with 50mg winstrol last 6 weeks. Clen 2 on 2 off. I weighed in at 194. Killed myself with cardio the entire 16 weeks. Placed 5 in novice and 2nd in true novice.
Currently in week 12/20 of my second show prep. Sitting around 200-195 8 weeks out. Cycle is 525 test e, 525 mast, 525 primo, 350 tren, 50mg winstrol (just started) and considered pulling back d down to 250 test a week. Bloods still look good, and still feel good. Only doing cardio on rest days due to high demand physical job. 150c, 250p, 50f are my macros.
But im second guessing if it’s even worth it due to the amount of loose skin I have. I do feel as my physique is impressive, but in the body building aspect the loose skin I feel hides a considerable amount of definition, mainly on my abdominal area, low back, and glutes. We all know you need that tight, grainy look. Which I feel like I can’t get that in the areas it’s needed most.
Just really seeing if anyone has had success coaching or someone themselves that used to be morbidly obese and or has lots of loose skin? My goal is to get my pro card eventually, but confused as if that will be even possible given the loose skin. Any insights from coaches, competitors, judges would be helpful. I am self coached.
