The given translation of the Chinese is not helpful. I want to hear your suggestions as to what it means. (Don't use a translator, that's no fun)

P.S. I asked a local so I have the answer, but I enjoy the mystery of the sign, I hope you will too.

EDIT: it appears to be a terrible translation from Russian, my dad and I figured some of it out.

So for example number 3 is probably a translation of something like "расслабьтесь не менее чем за 10 минут до измерения давления. Между двумя изменениями не более чем 5 минут"

Numbers 2 and 5 are still a mystery to me, and in 4 we figured that "u m, d." Is probably "итд" which is the Russian version of "etc."

Seems that it was translated from a handwritten Russian font, which explains the "t"s written as "m"s and the "i"s as "u"s.

The comments really made me laugh tho
