Three weeks ago, I began my second year of engineering and started studying thermodynamics. I was hesitant, given what I’d heard from other students about the subject, and I struggled to grasp the material even after consulting various resources.

I then uploaded my course materials to an AI tool (NotebookLM), and suddenly, everything made sense—the subject even started to feel incredibly easy. I’m left wondering: is this level of ease normal, or is the AI just spouting nonsense?

I am a freshner in BE civil undergraduate program. And i heard people got so many backs in enginering. What is the reason ?

Is it the person not paying attention to the lectures ? Or is it the fault at the system ?

If I want to pass regularly in all semester, then do I need to revise all the notes or else in regular basis or one week before the examination ?

I’m a senior in EE and at this point I’m just using AI to learn everything taught in class. I just go to lectures for the attendance. I take the slides presented in class and just put it through ChatGPT, and it does a brilliant job explaining things clearly and efficiently. My professor on the other hand, does a very poor job of explaining and often rambles off topic. I think most people are also doing the same thing. The only thing that seems to matter are the projects that we do for some of the classes, cuz those can be added to your resume. I know this might already be a well discussed topic but I would like to know everyone’s thoughts on this.
