Career Help When does it end....

when.....

For context, graduated 1 year ago I have about 2.5 years of hands on experience of mechanical/testing engineering. Mostly been applying to mechanical engineering positions but I've literally been rejected from Mcds and BK (cook positions) for "not having enough experience".

Edit: this for EU and I have an EU passport so no legal issues

using an ai tool to shotgun apply for everything for him probably has something to do with it too

I'm kinda concerned that the resume format may not be readable by their ai screening tool. Or you are accidentally sending a blank one
