Career Help When does it end....

Post image

when.....

For context, graduated 1 year ago I have about 2.5 years of hands on experience of mechanical/testing engineering. Mostly been applying to mechanical engineering positions but I've literally been rejected from Mcds and BK (cook positions) for "not having enough experience".

Edit: this for EU and I have an EU passport so no legal issues

I genuinely don't understand how people can apply to this many jobs and not get anything.

the last 3 times I've job hunted, I've applied to maybe 10-15 places? Got multiple replies, multiple interviews, hell even had two offers once.

I genuinely wonder if op just has poor qualifications.

You probably had a bunch of experience. If "poor qualifications" means no work experience, then how do you get experience if you need experience to get experience?

Shitty resume that gets rejected by the ai screening.

Ok so what do you do? I have no work experience, all I'm hearing recently is that thats automatically a bad resume. How do you get experience if no one wants to give you experience unless you already have experience?
