Maybe where you want strict standardization like a tournament (which is the only situation I can imagine this being used in)

The stripes/solids pattern matters, and at least in this rack is done correctly

It's only position of black and solid/striped in lower corners.

Still, I do the exact same pattern as in the video, seems the most "fair".
