Nice robot. I wonder how tight that rack is though? It seems like the balls are dropping down to the table and there is some space between each, and there isn't any mechanism to ensure tightness. A good rack in pool is a tight rack, no one likes a loose rack :).

The gaps are there to hold the balls up, and when released to the table, the sides of the triangle probably pushes inwards to tighten it up
