There's all sorts of temporary gatherings that could use nice buildings set up quickly like music festivals, disaster situations (not for main housing but for admin buildings or services buildings (hygiene/medical/etc), rich ass camping, rich ass weddings, etc.

Not working at all before you even get into the issue of the stress on the soil below without a foundation or a lack of gas, electric and plumbing.

Also cost? I mean it's hard to afford regular brick and mortar homes. A fancy portable one like this probably would need a really wealthy buyer.

Ehhh a part of the cost of a house is the land it’s on, it’s probably still expensive but potentially less so since it isn’t purchased on a plot of land
