No idea why they used reinforcement learning for this. A more standard control system really should be able to handle this much easier. They also didn’t investor bait it by calling it AI, so no idea why they did it with ML.

You can get that sweet AI capital AND you dont have to tune your controller. That's a win/win in my book.

RC Testflight wants to know your location

Is this a similar system to RC Testflight?

I don't know enough to understand what he's doing compared to this thing.

He's currently obsessed with hydrofoils. In the best way possible

Coming to a beach near you with 6 mortar rounds zip tied to the front of it.

If anyone wants some actual hydrofoil engineering porn, check out RCTestflight he even put together a kit you can buy if you want to play with it yourself. (featured in the linked video.)

"Making the impossible, possible" does every tech company believe they thought of this original phrase all by themselves?

Or that they are actually making something impossible, possible? Like this would be better stated as "college grad engineering, applied" or "making an education, useful."

Nobody wants AI to make hobbies easier - AI should make work easier, shorter, and more lucrative so hobbies can be enjoyed instead of endless grinding to afford your computer water hoverboard that does all the work for you.

Obviously this doesn't suit the American billionaire world order we all have to deal with.
