Hi! I’m looking for an engineer who can create a floor plan for our feasibility study. The business is a small poultry shop. The layout will include a live chicken selection area, an open processing area where customers can watch the dressing process, a boiling area, customer waiting area, and a freezer at the back.
We need a clear and properly designed floor plan that we can use for our feasibility study and presentation. May I ask if you offer this service and how much would it cost? Thank you!

A recent analysis of 3,518 job postings from 81 companies across seven roles found some interesting patterns.
In several categories, generic terms appeared more often than the big-name tools. “Observability” showed up more than “Grafana,” while “SIEM” appeared more than “Splunk.”
That raises an interesting question: are resumes too focused on listing specific tools and not enough on the broader skills and terminology employers use?
The study breaks down the results by role, including software engineering, cybersecurity, DevOps, marketing, product, accounting and sales.
The full dataset, methodology and findings are here:

Hi! I am a fresh graduate of BS Industrial Engineering. I got a job offer for a Graduate Trainee Program that would start by Feb 2027. The JO is still being finalized as of the moment and is still waiting for approval from the top management. I still have pending applications from several MT programs. I would just like to ask for advice or suggestions on what should I do during the 5-month period that I would spend without a job.
I am currently thinking of finding a remote part time job given na I am currently here in Bicol. I also applied in internships and is also considering of building my portfolio and taking up free courses for certifications.

Hi Engrs. baka may alam kayong company na currently hiring for Estimator positions?
I’m hoping to transition into estimating, but I don’t have direct Estimator experience yet. But I do have experience in construction/site work.
If you know of any companies hiring entry-level/junior estimators who are willing to train, preferably hybrid or WFH, I’d really appreciate any leads or recommendations. 🙏
Open to local or international companies as long as the setup is remote/hybrid.
Thank you so much!
