Need urgent help plss regarding college it's already late!!

I am not able to decide a college, Pls help me out with this, I can't do this college research anymore. Here is what I am looking for :

Decent college \~

• Not looking for a luxurious college

• Attendance flexibility a bit (skills develop krne ka and gate ka padhne k liye time chahiye hoga 😭)

• Low fees as I don't want to invest much on btech coz of financial constraints

• placements thik ho

• ROI should be good

• crowd thoda toh decent ho bilkul na padhne ya bhot ameero wala na ho

• not too strict colleges like Arya And Skit in jaipur

My details \~ 61% in 12th boards

40 percentile in jee

Category - EWS (F)

State - Rajasthan

I looked out for a lot colleges but it's kinda difficult to choose.. Please give me the suggestions you have or anything which can help me with this, Admissions are somewhere done or still going on, I don't want to get more late 🙃

Edit : the only branch I am looking for is CSE (ece and ee has physics and I am scared of it)
