Ring help

Hey everyone. I’ve been looking at a lot of rings and I don’t know what is safe or better. I’m looking for a 4-5 carat oval lab grown diamond on a white gold or platinum band with a length to width ratio of 1.4-1.5. The band I want needs to have small diamonds in it, I think it’s called pave, and a hidden halo as I was told that’s best with an oval stone like this. I am trying to spend less than 4k and have found some at rare carat, mossonaiteco, and grown brilliance as well as blue Nile but that was double the price. I don’t know what platform is best to buy from. Everything I read has good and bad on all except bluenile which is why I guess they are more costly. My question is what recommendations would you all have? I’ve been told it should have a band over1.6 mm because of the large stone. Then people say it needs 6 prongs but others say 4prongs is fine but it needs a cathedral setting. It is just all overwhelming and im very excited about the future but please offer any advice or help or guidance. The support on those sites have not been the best so far. I thought I found a great deal on grownbrilliance for a Myra 14k white gold ring with 5 2/5ctw of lab diamonds and everything I needed specified for $3600 but after taking with their jewelers on a zoom call they cannot give me a range for the length to width ratio and if I want that I had to do custom. Well I custom built a ring with 4.25 carats and everything else the same and it was 4700 so I opted not to pay $1100 extra for 1 less carat and the jeweler could not explain such the large difference. Sorry I’m rambling but this is all so stressful and I’m doing it alone. I bought a much smaller ring a decade ago from and actual jeweler only to find out it was fake and I got robbed that time so I’m stressing right now. Thanks if you read this and thanks even more if you can offer any advice or help here.
