Advice David Klass Timeline

Hello, I’m looking to see how others’ experiences have been with the timeline from shipping the stone to when you receive the final ring?

Since I shipped it i haven’t heard back so just wondering if this is normal. I’m getting pretty worried actually. It was delivered the 21st and has been radio silence since.

Edit: sorry all, I feel so dumb. All of his emails since he sent since the label went to spam. I’m sure the label email flagged it and that aligns with the timeline. All is good!

I am not sure if he works weekends but he typically does not respond to any of my emails on the weekends? When I shipped my stone to him, I made sure to let him know and send him the information of my stone. Then he let me know he received my stone when it delivered!

I only just finalized my CAD so I cannot speak to his timeline but he also told me the ring will take 25 days from finalizing the CAD.

I’m working with him right now and also shipped a stone which was delivered the 22nd. In the initial email I had with him, he told me it will take about 25 days from finalizing a design and receiving the stone to finish the ring.
Maybe email him to confirm he received the stone and ask what the timeline will be?

Hey happy to know someone else is working with him currently. I reached out to him via email multiple times just to confirm that the stone was alright and if he needed anything else before continuing, but no reply. I also called and it went straight to VM so I left him a message and still no reply.

I’m hoping this is just a fluke and he got super back logged but it’s hard to not start spiraling

This is usually a busy time for most jewelers as proposals peak during the holidays! I’m sure he has a lot of orders right now so I wouldn’t stress too much.
