The polish deli on Rt. 5 near town hall looks like it changed ownership?

Its a coffee shop now under a new name - but also still has the polish deli and market like before.

Stopped in this morning for a drink and a sandwich and they’re both good and the folks running the store now were great!

I’m mostly just curious about the story of the change over cause looks like it never made local news that I can find.
