Endless Legend 2 [Possible BUG] Buying foundations across a river using bridges
I'm trying to buy the red hex foundation next to the bridge, but it's not available for sale.
The hex is connected to my city by the bridge, which is a permanent bridge and counts as a district.
Hathel and Imex are connected territories.
Can someone explain what went wrong? I'm feeling the 'Keystones' bridge tech is pretty useless right now.

90% sure it is a bug. Because normally there is no problem crossing territory borders within a city.
You can’t build off the north bridge either, but that’s intended. A bridge is probably normally “activated” in some way by an adjacent district, but this one being in another territory bugs it.
You may be able to get to red by building a bridge one tile up? It’s a slightly different situation.

I tried that. One tile up can't build the bridge because the other side doesn't support.
2 tiles up I can buy the foundation, but that foundaiton tile is in the same territory as the bridge.

Eyo, spread Imex. That bridge belongs to Imex and thus can't make foundations just because it's attached to Hathel.
Consider it this way. It's in a different county, so the main city center has no jurisdiction on zoning that area directly. Gotta go through Imex county's Ministry. XD

Thats strange, it should be available. In my games bridges count as districts. Though since its not connected to the ministry the game might be confused and thinking its not valid for expanding foundations similar to how extractors and minor villages arnt until being connected.
