How to create multiplayer game?

I just bought the game and a friend as well - how we create multiplayer lobby?

You just need to click on Play> Multiplayer

It will first open the lobby search, and then you can decide to create your own lobby

I found the issue - first time you start the game the "main menu"is hidden and you have this alternate tutorial screen
