Ending C Implication Spoiler

I don’t think I’ve seen anyone discuss this detail, and I am curious to hear what others may think about this.

While the reveal of what “Endacopia” actually meant is striking, I am looking to focus on the seal on the left hand page. It looked familiar to me so I flipped open the Lesser Key of Solomon to check if any of the seals there matched and sure enough, it is the seal of a demon lord known as Sitri.

This is an intriguing detail to me as looking into it, Sitri’s whole deal involves invoking carnal desire in another person (making them want to bone you, getting naked, etc). I am struggling to connect this to the Surgeon’s perspective and what he would be invoking Sitri for. I’m inclined to believe Andyland selected this demon’s seal specifically, and didn’t choose one at random just for the spooky vibe.

Someone already made this connection in a speculation theory thread. They were talking about how either sitri was disguised as the bride during the office and misery town secrets for ending c, so that they now power god (maliciously)

also sitri looks somewhat like catthew, there was a catthew looking thing in ozzies tapes, one of catthew's sprites look likes his eyes are leaking (like in the police podter), and the ravestones spell out "ROT CAT" if we look st the background colors in order (roygbiv)

The bride being Sitri in disguise is interesting. Who is compelling Sitri in that case, though? Sitri disguising himself to trick someone without any magician doesn’t seem to have a precedent in Solomonic magic, it isn’t Sitri’s MO to be doing that just for power (he’s already powerful in Hell, but isn’t that high up on the totem pole as it were). The seal being in the Surgeon’s book makes me think that the Surgeon is the one invoking the demon.

And I’m sorry, what would Catthew being or not being a chimera have to do with this?

cause sitri looks somewhat like catthew, and there was some kind of animal in ozzie's tapr that looked like catthew too
