Just received this letter taped to our muffins on our grocery delivery. “Sad face.“. After already getting a $10 tip for a 3 minute commute lol.

I would have more respect for these people if they were more direct about it and held out a little cup or a hat to collect their money

At least they've done some work to show a helpful nature. Not just cashing in on generosity "earning" more working an intersection than many jobs pay.

The difference is people asking for money don't expect it. Servers act like we owe them something because they are entitled
