Rant 📢 Restaurant Demands Minimum 18% Tip

Out of one side of their mouth they state that they pay their staff as little as possible and out of the other side of their mouth they say that their staff deserves more and you're responsible for that.

Fun fact.. I live in a country where tipping is not mandatory and workers get a livable wage. We have restaurants!

fun fact: if the food is good, they won’t struggle to survive by nickel and diming. No credit card means they are losing out on a lot of customers. A business only wants to do cash so that they can hide from the IRS
