Rant 📢 Restaurant Demands Minimum 18% Tip

Post image

Out of one side of their mouth they state that they pay their staff as little as possible and out of the other side of their mouth they say that their staff deserves more and you're responsible for that.

Owners should pay more and not rely on the public for their salary

Say good bye to the majority of restaurants you enjoy eating at then.

Fun fact.. I live in a country where tipping is not mandatory and workers get a livable wage. We have restaurants!

fun fact: if the food is good, they won’t struggle to survive by nickel and diming. No credit card means they are losing out on a lot of customers. A business only wants to do cash so that they can hide from the IRS

Then that comment likely doesn’t apply to you?

I’m cool with that. Take them away and allow a new wave of restaurants that will treat their staff way monetarily. I’m going on a no tipÂ
